Overview of the Immersion Journey

OVERVIEW

#1 Country Identification Matrix

We will engage with the management team and look at the most appropriate destination/s based on an analysis of aims and objectives.

#2 Pre-departure briefing

An international programme is premised on “laying the canvas”. All our programmes commence with this session

  • Setting the context
  • Maximising our learning journey
  • Group and team dynamics
  • Travel and Logistics.

This ensures that all delegates can adequately prepare for the programme

#3 Business case studies to various companies in the selected economy

All our programmes are deeply customised and curated to achieve key objectives. Our deep network allows us to design and coordinate the management visits and discussions on behalf of the visiting management group. This will be designed in consultation with the management of the company.

#4 Presentations by keynote speakers

We will arrange engagements and interactions with key thought leaders in market. These will be aligned to the sector, focus and level of the visiting delegation to allow for impact.

#5 Setting and Integration of Management Sessions

Each day our lead will map out the objectives of the pre-arranged sessions for the sessions for that day. A concluding session will be held at the close of each day so as to discuss key findings and capture the relevant learnings for the participants. This is done by the programme integrator.

#6 Experiential Learning Activities

We will also arrange a number of experiential learning activities for the delegates whilst in market so as to ensure that broader insights of the market and the political, economic, social and cultural contexts are gained.

#7 Leisure Activities

We will advise the travel and logistics team to arrange a series of leisure activities to ensure that programme participants receive a holistic experience in market.
